4. Enter your policy number
5. Enter your Date of birth

In case of an error in the transaction, or in case you make a mistake while providing information, the call will be routed to our customer care executive. The executive will then guide you through the payment process.

Extra protection for your IVR transactions
While paying your policy premium using your credit card through the Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
System on 1800 209 9090, you expect complete security and convenience. These IVR transactions will
need to be authenticated with an additional password - OTAP (One-time Authentication Pin) which will be
issued by your bank. Starting 1st February 2011, this is mandatory as per the RBI guidelines.
