Mr. K S Gopalakrishnan is the Chief Financial and Operating Officer of AEGON Religare Life Insurance Company Limited. Prior to joining AEGON Religare Life Insurance, Mr. Gopalakrishnan worked with Bharti AXA Life Insurance Company, initially as Appointed Actuary and later became the CFO of the company.

Mr. Gopalakrishnan has over twenty five years of experience in life insurance across markets such as India, Canada and Hong Kong.

For a little over twenty five years, Mr. Gopalakrishnan has been associated with different start-up life insurance projects in India and abroad. His work experience spans across the areas of finance, business planning and strategy, product development and pricing, corporate actuarial, operations, compliance and underwriting.

His accomplishments include pioneering concepts such as online Life Insurance, unit linked products with investment guarantees and free looks in India. He also led the project that resulted in the publication of the mortality experience of Indian insured lives 1994-96.

Mr. Gopalakrishnan holds a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics. He is a fellow member of the actuarial bodies of Canada, the UK and India. He is also an associate member of the Society of Actuaries (USA) and fellow member of the Insurance Institute of India.

He is actively involved in professional work in the Institute of Actuaries of India, where he is currently a member of the Council and Vice President.

Mr. Saibal Ghosh is the Chief Investment Officer of AEGON Religare Life Insurance Company Limited.

Prior to joining AEGON Religare Life Insurance Company Limited, Mr. Ghosh was the Chief Investment Officer of Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Limited. Mr. Ghosh has over 15 years of experience in the capital markets starting his career as a Management Trainee with Sahara India financial Corporation Limited. He grew in his career at Sahara and went on to become the Head of Research & Dealing

Mr. Ghosh is a Post Graduate in Business Management with majors in Finance, from Kolkata University.

Mr Yateesh Srivastava is the Chief Marketing Officer & Head of Talent at AEGON Religare Life Insurance Company Limited.

Mr Srivastava has nearly twenty five years of varied experience spanning general management, marketing research, advertising, internet entrepreneurship and marketing. Prior to joining AEGON Religare Life Insurance Company Limited, he worked as the Marketing Director with Centurion Bank of Punjab and before that was the Chief Marketing Officer of YES Bank. In his advertising career, he has worked with Lintas, Ambience Publicis and Triton Communications where he handled a plethora of brands spanning FMCG, Automobiles, Telecom, Consumer Durables and Financial Services.

At AEGON Religare, Mr Srivastava is responsible for Branding & Communication, Corporate Communications, Customer Analytics and Research as well as the Direct to Customer initiatives of the company. As the Head of Talent, he is also responsible for the company’s HR Operations, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Talent acquisition as well as Compensation & Benefits.

Mr. Srivastava has a Masters Degree in History from the University of Delhi. 

Mr Debmalya Maitra is the Head of Audit, Risk & Compliance at AEGON Religare Life Insurance Company Limited.

Prior to joining AEGON Religare Life Insurance Company Limited, Mr Maitra was with HDFC Standard Life Insurance Company Limited as Head Audit & Risk Management. He has over twenty five years of rich experience in the area of Audit and Risk in financial services companies, banking and insurance. He has worked with firms such as Lovelock and Lewes, SBI Home Finance and Centurion Bank of Punjab during the course of his career.

Mr Maitra holds a Bachelors Degree in commerce and is a Chartered Accountant.

Mr PK Dinakar is the Appointed Actuary at AEGON Religare Life Insurance Company Limited where he is responsible for Corporate Actuarial, MC Reporting, Actuarial Modeling and Product Pricing.

Prior to joining AEGON Religare, Mr Dinakar worked with Met Life India Insurance Company as the Chief Actuary. He started his career in January 1990 with Life Insurance Corporation of India and worked in the actuarial function related to both, individual and group businesses. In October 2000, he joined Birla Sun Life Insurance and worked there for almost six years. He joined AEGON Religare Life Insurance in July 2010 as Chief Actuary. Mr Dinakar has a total work experience of 22 years in product design, pricing, statutory valuation of policy liabilities, economic capital and other areas of corporate actuarial, across different lines of products, both individual and group.

Mr Dinakar is a fellow of Institute of Actuaries of India with the qualification awarded in February 2008. He is also a post graduate in Statistics from Cochin University of Science and Technology.
