  • Ensure your beneficiary designations are updated and on file with us.

  • Pay premiums regularly.

  • Keep a record of all your insurance policies and maintain a file of the same.

  • Maintain record of the Advisor/Branch with their address and contact particulars. Share this information with your loved ones.

  • Educate your loved ones on the process of lodging a claim.

  • Verify that the data on the policy certificate is correct and revert in case of any discrepancies.

  • Verify the information declared on the application form (copy of application form is attached to the policy document).

  • Note your policy number and quote it in every communication to the company.

  • Remember that NO agent is authorized to admit any liabilities on behalf of the company, or to alter this list of documents or any claims requirements called for by the company.

  • No charges are payable to anyone for lodging or settlement of a claim.
