Rajiv Jamkhedkar
 
Mr Rajiv Jamkhedkar joined AEGON Religare Life Insurance Company Limited as its Chief Executive Officer in July 2007.

Rajiv Jamkhedkar has two decades of experience in Retail Financial Services in India. He has worked in all parts of the country – the North, South and Western India. Mr Jamkhedkar started his career as a Management Associate at Citibank N.A. During the course of more than a decade, he worked in Service, Sales and Product management roles in a variety of businesses in Consumer Banking.

During his last assignment at Citi, Mr. Jamkhedkar was head of Personal lending & SME segment, Citibusiness. His main achievement was that he quadrupled the balance-sheet in 5 years and made these as two of the most profitable businesses for the bank.

Mr. Jamkhedkar has been involved in start-ups including a three year stint in HSBC, where he started up the Retail Assets division of HSBC in India. He was part of the core team that was instrumental in transforming HSBC from being a corporate banking institution to being a significant retail-banking player.

Mr Jamkhedkar has a B.Tech Degree in Electronics Engineering from IT - BHU and an M.B.A. degree from Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University.
Mr. K S Gopalakrishnan is the Chief Financial & Appointed Actuary of AEGON Religare Life Insurance Company Limited.

Prior to joining AEGON Religare Life Insurance Company Limited, Mr. Gopalakrishnan was with Bharti AXA Life Insurance Company Limited, initially as Appointed Actuary and later also became the CFO of the company. Mr. Gopalakrishnan has over twenty years of experience in life insurance across markets such as Canada and Hong Kong.

For a little over eleven years Mr. Gopalakrishnan has been associated with different start up life insurance projects in India and abroad. His work experience spans across the areas of finance, business planning and strategy, product development and pricing, corporate actuarial, compliance and underwriting. His accomplishments include pioneering concepts such as unit linked products with investment guarantees and free looks in India. He also led the project that resulted in the publication of the mortality experience if Indian insured lives 1994-96.

Mr. Gopalakrishnan holds a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics. He is a fellow member of the actuarial bodies of Canada, the UK and India. He is also an associate member of the Society of Actuaries (USA) and fellow member of the Insurance Institute of India. He is actively involved in professional work in the Institute of Actuaries of India, where he is currently a member of the Council.
Mr. Saibal Ghosh is the Chief Investment Officer of AEGON Religare Life Insurance Company Limited.

Prior to joining AEGON Religare Life Insurance Company Limited, Mr. Ghosh was the Chief Investment Officer of Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Limited. Mr. Ghosh has over 15 years of experience in the capital markets starting his career as a Management Trainee with Sahara India financial Corporation Limited. He grew in his career at Sahara and went on to become the Head of Research & Dealing

Mr. Ghosh is a Post Graduate in Business Management with majors in Finance, from Kolkata University.
Mr. Yateesh Srivastava is the Chief Marketing Officer of AEGON Religare Life Insurance Company Limited.

Prior to joining AEGON Religare Life Insurance Company Limited, Mr. Srivastava worked as Marketing Director with Centurion Bank of Punjab. Mr. Srivastava has 21 years of work experience spanning general management, marketing research, advertising, online and digital publishing and marketing financial services. He has worked in organizations like Lintas, Triton Communications and YES Bank during his career and has special achievements in the area of strategic brand planning. He has worked on a wide variety of brands and categories in his career and handles the areas of branding & communication, corporate communications and customer engagement at AEGON Religare Life Insurance.

Mr. Srivastava has a Masters Degree in History from the University of Delhi
Mr Srinivasan Iyengar has over 24 years of experience in the Life Insurance industry across India and Asia, having held senior consulting, business and IT roles. His experience spans across IT, Operations & service, Consulting & Program Management

In this long career, Mr Iyengar has worked in multiple functions in the Insurance vertical. He started his career with the Life Insurance Corporation in India and later moved to the IT industry. He was subsequently part of the start-up team for ICICI Prudential Life Insurance in India, and then heading regional application development for Prudential Services Asia based in Malaysia. Later, Mr Iyengar moved on to Tata Consultancy Services’ (TCS) insurance practice. In 2007, he joined AEGON Religare’s start-up team as Head - IT & Change Management and took over as Director – IT & Operations in August 2009. On October 1, 2010, Mr Iyengar took over as the Chief Operations Officer (COO) and holds responsibility for Technology, Process, Operations, Service and Underwriting functions.

Mr Iyengar has a unique experience of being on both the end-user side, consulting side and delivery side. He is a regular speaker at international/industry events and has won the CIO 100 2009 and CIO 100 2010 awards.

Mr Iyengar graduated in commerce and has a post graduate diploma in Systems Management. He is also a Fellow of Insurance Institute of India (FIII) and Associate of Life Office Management Organsiation, US (LOMA).
Mr. Yash Jagdhari is the Chief Distribution Officer at AEGON Religare Life Insurance Company Limited.

Prior to joining AEGON Religare Life Insurance Company Limited in December 2007, Mr. Jagdhari worked with reputed Multinational companies like ICI, Pepsi, Compaq, Max New York Life and Aviva. He has a total work experience of over twenty years in Marketing, Sales and Distribution of FMCG and Financial Services products. He has a well rounded experience of over nine years in the Life Insurance industry in Agency Sales, Bancassurance and Alternate Channel Sales.

Mr. Jagdhari holds a post graduate degree in Business Management from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi and a Bachelor of Science degree from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi.
Mr. Debmalya Maitra is the Head of Audit, Risk & Compliance at AEGON Religare Life Insurance Company Limited.

Prior to joining AEGON Religare Life Insurance Company Limited, Mr. Maitra was with HDFC Standard Life Insurance Company Limited as Head – Audit & Risk Management. Mr. Maitra has over 22 years of rich experience in the area of Audit and Risk in financial services companies, banking and insurance. Mr. Maitra has worked with firms such as Lovelock and Lewes, SBI Home Finance and Centurion Bank of Punjab during the course of his career.

Mr. Maitra holds a Bachelors Degree in commerce and is a Chartered Accountant.
Mr. Sujai Raina is the Head of Strategy at AEGON Religare Life Insurance Company Limited.

Prior to joining AEGON Religare Life Insurance Company Limited in November 2010, Mr. Raina was with HDFC Bank, initially as Product Head for Unsecured Loans and Education Loans and, later as Business Head for Unsecured Loans. Mr. Raina has thirteen years of experience in Banking and Financial Services across markets in India, covering diverse roles in Sales and Distribution, Product Development, Business Management and Strategy. Before joining HDFC Bank, he spent nine years at Citibank N.A managing various assignments in the Retail Assets, Liabilities and Wealth Management space.

Mr. Raina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi and a MBA degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta with a major in Marketing and Finance.
Mr. Manish Shah is the Head of New Ventures at AEGON Religare Life Insurance Company Limited, with the key responsibility of acquiring new distribution for the Company, including the right bank partner.

Prior to joining AEGON Religare Life Insurance Company Limited, Mr. Shah was with Citibank. With a work experience of ten years with Citibank in India, Singapore and the United States in different businesses viz. Unsecured Lending, Wealth Management and Mortgages, he ran the Northern region for the Unsecured Business. He was also responsible for setting up the new client acquisition unit, Pan India, for Citigold Wealth Management and headed the Citicards Home Equity Business for Citi in North America.

Mr. Shah joined AEGON Religare Life Insurance in July 2008 and launched the Agency Business with 46 branches across India. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Bombay University and a MBA degree from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
Mr. Aditya Harkauli is the Head of Product Management and Customer Segmentation at AEGON Religare Life Insurance Company Limited.

Prior to joining AEGON Religare Mr. Harkauli worked with Citibank N.A between 2000-08, where among other roles, he served as Area Director – South for the Personal Loan business. In his last assignment with Citibank N.A, as Head of Product Management, Citibusiness, he was responsible for developing the asset & liability product proposition for the SME segment.

Mr. Harkauli joined AEGON Religare in March 2008 and has twelve years of experience across FMCG, Banking & Insurance. He has worked across consumer and SME markets in Sales & Distribution and Product Management assignments. He holds an honours degree in Economics from St Stephen’s College, Delhi and an MBA degree from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi.
Ms. Manisha Kadagathur is the Head of Talent at AEGON Religare Life Insurance Company Limited.

Prior to joining AEGON Religare Life Insurance Company Limited in June 2008, Ms. Kadagathur has worked with Bharti AXA Life Insurance Co Ltd, Hewitt Associates and Glaxo Smith Kline Consumer Healthcare where she spent considerable time in designing and developing assessment and development centres and compensation and benefits.

With a total work experience of twelve years, she has a post graduate diploma degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Xavier Labour Research Institute, Jamshedpur and a Bachelors degree in mathematics.
